Brand Awareness Campaign

Built cohesive communication strategy for SEMCO's Energy Waste Reduction Program portfolio that stands on its own merit and overcame barriers to brand awareness and affinity by engaging customers through diverse channels and building meaningful connections.

 

The overarching goal of this campaign was to incorporate a more holistic and integrated strategy that connects the marketing tactics' performance to program performance. The "For Michigan" campaign motivated customers to interact with the brand, take advantage of offerings through their website, and sign up for programs like Home Energy Assessments.

 

The brand refresh embodies SEMCO's values while delivering a focused, cohesive and intentional brand experience that works to develop a relationship with the customer beyond transactional interactions. This was achieved through development of an ongoing social media strategy, seasonal email promotions, direct mail and followup program engagement.
